The "family rules" started out as a set of rules, hand-written on a sheet of notebook paper that was taped to the wall. It eventually evolved into what you see now, a framed poster hanging on the wall. Initially, the rules were more on the negative side like "Don't whine" and "Don't yell". A lot of "don't"s. Now, everything is on the positive side and it still has everything I want the kids (and parents) to abide by.
Tyson is especially good at "pay with hugs and kisses".
