Goals for 2025
Not that anyone cares or even reads this, but putting my goals "out into the world" helps to keep me accountable. At the end of the year, I'll check-in to see how it went. Here are my goals for the new year.
Control my blood pressure
BP < 120/80
Daily movement
8000 steps a day
No cussing (control anger and negative thoughts)
25¢ per word
Do something new (new experiences/memories)
1-2 x a month
Read more
6 books a year
More hugs and kisses
Every day
