Family, Pokemon, and mahjong

A smaller turnout for this year's family reunion but still super fun.

Oddly satisfying to cook up 48 hot dogs in one go.

Lilly, the one that made it all happen.

The interview with the parents and hearing each (crazy) story of how they came to America.

We went to a card show at Post Houston and Elliot made a killin'. She got a graded Pokemon card for free, just because.

Then she got a free Pokemon pack to rip open.

And she pulled an EX card.

Then she learned the art of negotiation and got a card for less than market price. 

The boys also got in the mix and Jacob knocked off $5 from the card he bought.

Everyone came home with some good cards, myself included.

Sunday evening we hosted a Mahjong night and the time just flew by.

The last game was a crazy tie between the sisters, but Julie won according to the tie-breaker rule.
