Christmas lights

Let there be light.

It only took 21 years before I decided to put Christmas lights on the roof. I've always liked the classic simple look of lighting along the roofline. So why did it take so long? Mainly due to the lack of equipment, i.e. a tall ladder. But after seeing a Black Friday deal for one, I pulled the trigger and decided that now was the time to finally put lights on the house. Better late than never. And the kids aren't getting any younger to enjoy this.
