Work trip (Amarillo, TX)

On my way to the Texas Panhandle.

For work, I got assigned to cover a few places in the surrounding Amarillo area. Initially I was fine with it since I'm very familiar with the area, having lived there for two years (for pharmacy school) and also stayed frequently when we did our many road trips to Colorado. Hopefully this is only a temporary assignment because the travel was brutal. For the flight home, I was at risk of getting stranded in Dallas. The flight from Amarillo to Dallas was delayed, which meant I could miss my connecting flight home (the last flight to Houston). Fortunately, they held that plane for us and I eventually made it home, around 11 p.m. Friday.

My suitcase has a cupholder that I didn't know I needed.
