My big girl. My little fireball. My baby Elliot. She is now two years old. Hands down, she's the wildest and craziest of the bunch. "Oh my God" and "Look at what your daughter is doing" are frequently said around her. It only becomes your daughter if she's done something bad, which is quite often. Admittedly she gets away with a lot. Either because she's our last child or because she's a girl but probably a combination of both.
The many faces of Elliot.
She's fearless. But that could be a good thing or bad thing. It's good that she's willing to do things the other boys never dared to when they were the same age, like swimming. But that's also a bad thing since you constantly have to keep an eye on her, like swimming.
Look who got into the paint stash.
She gets into everything. If it's within reach and not locked, she's getting it. Keep your wallets and keys high and away or else she will steal them. Hide all permanent markers and paint or else she will give your walls extra color. Don't put any cookies or candy in her line of sight or else she will help herself to a treat.
She's loud. A shriek-er. And very vocal. She knows what she wants and will let you know.
She loves dancing to music.
Google created a "They grow up so fast" video of Elliot. Awww, my big girl... 😢
It was difficult for her to restrain herself from eating it, all for the sake of taking pictures.
And there she goes.
Over the weekend, we went out for ice cream (one of her favorite treats). But we went a tad overboard and got some between a couple of giant macarons (another one of her favorites) with sprinkles (for her birthday) at Stacked Ice Cream. It was a little too much and overly sweet.
Traditional birthday donuts in the morning.
Attacking that donut.
And she's done.
And on her actual birthday, she got a confetti cupcake from Treat. It was an excess of sweets for this tiny human... but you only turn two once.
