Another getaway

A night away from the kiddos.

get·a·way (ˈɡedəˌwā) an escape or quick departure, especially after committing a crime.

We didn't commit a crime but we took a quick getaway. Speaking for myself, I definitely needed an escape from the kids. When spending so much of your time and effort towards the kids, sometimes you need time for yourself/ourselves. This time around, we stayed in town while the kids stayed at home. 

Our first stop was to (chaotic) The Nutcracker Market.

Finished off with late night ice cream at Jeni's.
