August birthdays

August is a popular month to be born.

The picture above is from the other weekend, when we celebrated all of the August birthdays. We were actually missing two other family members but they couldn't be there. Oh, and that's a durian cake that grandma was cutting into... but that's not the funny part.

The funny part was how huge I look. I've definitely gained some weight since I haven't been able to train jiu jitsu but this photo makes me look extra thick. Forget a birthday cake... who wants a beefcake? 😆
