Texas Book Festival (Austin, TX)

We got to see Shawn Harris and Mac Barnett (again) at the Texas Book Festival. I got my cap and book signed.

They were our main reason for coming out to the festival since they weren't making a stop in Houston.

Exploring the other events and vendors. We picked up a few cool items.

The festival was held right by the state capitol building.

But first, breakfast at Cure Bakery and Coffee.

Stopped by The Painted Porch Bookshop, which is owned by author Ryan Holiday (Bastrop, TX).

Smoothie and acai bowl at Juice Land while I finished up work. It was a Friday afternoon.
