COVID-19 and cooking

If there's a silver lining to the current pandemic/quarantine, it's that I've been cooking more at home since we can't go out to eat anymore. Don't get me wrong, I like cooking and experimenting (old recipes here). It's the cleanup that I hate.

I'll start posting recipes again to document those keepers. Obviously, I won't post any fails like "protein waffles". Ugh, they were so incredibly dry... like a desert in my mouth. 😶
