Goals for 2025



Not that anyone cares or even reads this, but putting my goals "out into the world" helps to keep me accountable. At the end of the year, I'll check-in to see how it went. Here are my goals for the new year.

  • Control my blood pressure
    • BP < 120/80

  • Daily movement
    • 8000 steps a day

  • No cussing (control anger and negative thoughts)
    • 25¢ per word

  • Do something new (new experiences/memories)
    • 1-2 x a month

  • Read more
    • 6 books a year

  • More hugs and kisses
    • Every day
